How long does a typical renovation take?

Timelines vary by project scope. A bathroom renovation typically takes 2–4 weeks, a full kitchen 4–6 weeks, and a complete home renovation can range from 8–20 weeks. We provide a precise timeline in your quote and give you weekly progress updates throughout.

How is the final price determined?

After the site visit, we provide a detailed fixed-price quote covering all labour, materials, trades and project management. We are transparent about every cost so there are no surprises. Variations are only raised if you request changes outside the original scope.

Do you manage all the trades?

Yes. We coordinate all trades including plumbers, electricians, tilers, painters and carpenters. You have one point of contact for the entire project. No need to chase multiple contractors — we handle it all.

Can I live in my home during the renovation?

In many cases yes, depending on the scope. For bathroom or kitchen-only renovations, most clients continue living at home. For full home renovations, we'll discuss the best arrangement during the planning phase and work to minimise disruption.

What is your availability?

Our current lead time is approximately three weeks, depending on the scope of your project and our schedule. A 10% deposit secures your preferred start date.
